As part of our 2019 Asian-themed winemaker dinner tour, we invite you to join Vintner Hugh Davies on Thursday, October 3 for an upscale, high quality Pan Northern Chinese cuisine at Hutong New York. Hutong features contemporary and occasionally fiery Northern Chinese cuisine, served in an elegant Art Deco style restaurant inspired by the swinging 1920’s in New York and Shanghai.

From its home in Hong Kong, and named for the popular narrow lanes that once filled old Peking, Hutong’s cuisine captures the subtlety and surprises of Lu cuisine from Shandong province famous for its fresh seafood and vinegars combined with influences of nearby Sichuan province with its fiery spices.

The menu created by Head Chef Fei Wang features four courses paired with our J. Davies Estate Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon and six Schramsberg sparkling wines, including our 2016 Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs, 2015 Schramsberg Blanc de Noirs, 2016 Schramsberg Brut Rosé, Schramsberg 20009 Reserve, 2009 J. Schram and 2015 Schramsberg Crémant Demi-sec.*
