Schramsberg was founded by Jack and Jamie Davies in 1965 with the goal of making world-class sparkling wines with California grapes grown on the land originally owned by Jacob Schram in the 1860s. This elegant bottle of bubbles is 84 percent Chardonnay and 16 percent Pinot Noir and made in homage to Schram. It has ethereal aromas of white flowers, gingerbread, and Honeycrisp apple with a never-ending column of bubbles and flavors of toasted almonds, yeasty bread, and blood orange zest.
