Experience the best of Artisans of Wine & Food at our Tasting Pavilion, a luxurious tented event that gathers the epitome of culinary and wine excellence. Taking place on the Grand Lawn and Alhambra Lawn at Mizner Center, as well as The Marina at Yacht Club with Riva, the afternoon will swell with incredible flavors presented by the weekend’s chefs, who are award-winning masters in their fields. Sample wines from over 100 world-class wineries while engaging in thoughtful conversation with the vintners. While you taste and savor, be sure to hydrate under the comforts of the Saratoga Spring Water tent, where a hydration station is offered. It’s no wonder this event is one of the most popular experiences of the entire weekend.

The weekend comes to a crescendo as Artisans of Wine & Food presents its grand Wine Auction and Charity Gala. Harkening back to a nostalgia-filled era where supper clubs reigned supreme, the setting will evoke a spirit of opulence with luscious red velvet decor and glistening crystal chandeliers. The gala, hosted by famed Chef Mario Carbone and affectionately called Carbone at Artisans of Wine & Food, begins with a tented al fresco reception leading into an Italian-American dinner served family-style to engage in a sense of community and connection. The evening continues with an exciting live auction that benefits two family-focused organizations, Place of Hope in Palm Beach County and the Napa Valley Vintners Youth Wellness Initiative. Guests will find themselves with the unique opportunity to bid on Napa Valley’s finest wines, luxurious experiences, and bespoke getaways.After the dinner and auction ends, guests will be whisked to the al fresco after-party, where you’ll be welcomed with a special wine tasting with Darioush and a multi-piece live band awaits, ready to amplify the evening’s good energy with music fit for dancing all evening long. In between songs and dances, savor a selection of fine wines and delectable desserts. And what better way to end the memorable evening than with a spectacular fireworks finale.
