Hugh Davies, Vintner of Schramsberg Vineyards, is delighted to participate in this delicious new event celebrating the luxurious pairing of sparkling wine and truffles. Join us for Bubbles & Truffles, an unforgettable culinary experience featuring an exclusive cooking demonstration by the legendary Michelin-starred Chef Roland Passot—one of the most engaging and personable chefs of our time.

Guests will savor three decadent truffle hors d’oeuvres, each exquisitely paired with bubbles from Schramsberg Vineyards, while enjoying an up-close look at Chef Roland’s truffle-sourcing secrets, techniques, and pairing wisdom honed over decades of culinary mastery. This rare opportunity invites you to interact personally with a Michelin-starred chef and explore the artistry behind cooking with truffles—all while also hearing from Hugh Davies while sipping the delicious sparkling wines of Schramsberg.

The experience culminates with a meet-and-greet in the atrium, where you’ll be introduced to the festival’s most adorable stars—our truffle-sniffing dogs (petting encouraged!).

Set within the Napa Valley Vintners Theater at CIA at COPIA, this event brings together the best of Napa Valley—exceptional cuisine, world-class wine, and pure epicurean joy.
