Join us for a special evening hosted by Hugh Davies, celebrating the remarkable history, legacy, and wines of the Davies family. The evening features five courses crafted by Chef Claud Beltran and his culinary team, paired with six wines.
The evening begins with a reception with Mirabelle Blanc de Blancs, and continues with a range of Schramsberg and Davies Vineyards wines being offered throughout the evening.
Savor acclaimed sparkling wines, including the J. Schram Blancs and Brut Rosé, followed by a selection of Davies Vineyards reds—from Keefer Ranch Estate Pinot Noir to J. Davies Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening concludes with a decadent Crémant Demi-Sec and dessert pairing, offering a fitting finale to an exploration of the Davies family’s wine portfolio.
