Hosted at the exclusive Club at Seven Canyons, this intimate vintner experience combines exceptional wines, championship golf, outdoor adventure, inspired cuisine, and unforgettable scenery.
Now in its second year, this special event honors the legacy of Schramsberg and Davies Vineyards through curated tastings, culinary experiences, and engaging stories that bring the winery’s history, craftsmanship, and family traditions to life.
Set amid one of Arizona’s most breathtaking destinations, Seven Canyons offers the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration, featuring a Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course, world-class hiking, and outstanding hospitality. Throughout the weekend, Chef Beau Widener and his culinary team will create thoughtfully paired dining experiences that showcase and elevate the wines.
All wine programs will be hosted by Fred Zammataro, Executive Vice President, CFO, and COO of Schramsberg & Davies Vineyards. Together, Fred and Chef Widener will guide guests through a memorable journey of wine, food, and heritage.

Day One – Thursday, October 8: Arrival & Welcome Reception
– 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: Guests will enjoy a festive evening celebrating the global cultures, traditions, and influences that have helped shape Schramsberg, featuring live music, wine tastings, and elegant hors d’oeuvres.
Day Two – Friday, October 9: Golf & Culinary Experience
– 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: The Seven Canyons practice facilities will be transformed into a premier golf experience featuring professional instruction, putting clinics, and short-game workshops. Food & beverages will be available.
– 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Transportation to Oak Creek Farm and Gardens
– 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Enjoy a farm-to-table experience at Oak Creek Farm & Gardens celebrating sustainability, agriculture, and community. The afternoon features a garden reception, farm-fresh luncheon, and educational wine tasting highlighting the connections between Schramsberg & Davies Vineyards and the Verde Valley through food, wine, and stewardship of the land.

Day Three – Saturday, October 10: Golf Tournament, Grand Gala Dinner & Award Ceremony
