Our use permit does not allow us to host private events.

Yes, absolutely. Parties of one may be reserved on the CellarPass booking site or by calling 707-942-4558.

All tour and tasting appointments require a fee per person fee regardless of participation in tasting. We are happy to offer non-alcoholic beverages for individuals who do not drink wine.

We are unable to accommodate pets. Only service animals are permitted.

Yes, all parts of the tour and tasting experience are wheelchair accessible.

Visitors may split a tasting, but each guest will still be required to pay the standard fee. No discount will be offered for a split-tasting.

All visitors must be 21 years of age. We are unable to accommodate children or babies.

Schramsberg Vineyards is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

Please note that we receive a very large number of calls and e-mails throughout the day. We are committed to addressing the needs and questions of each guest thoroughly, and so we sometimes find ourselves on lengthy calls. If you called the winery and were unable to reach one of our staff members, please leave a voicemail so that we can reply within 24 hours, or email us at  visitorcenter@schramsberg.com.

The tour and tasting fee is applicable regardless of wine purchase.

For all reservations, please have the following information ready:

• First and last name of primary guest
• E-mail address where we may send confirmation
• Cell phone number where we may reach the guest on the day of the tour
• Credit card number and expiration date
• We also love to know where you are from and if you are celebrating a special occasion

Private tour/tasting appointments are available on a limited basis for parties of up to 12 guests, Sunday through Thursday first thing in the morning. Parties of seven or more are considered “large parties” and must contact the winery directly to book a private tour and tasting. Please note that large parties may not join a public tour.

In order to reach a reservationist for this kind of reservation, please contact us by e-mail or phone at visitorcenter@schramsberg.com, or (707) 942-2414. It is not possible to book a private appointment via our website.

Due to the heavy volume of requests that we receive, please allow our staff at least 24 hours to reply. Additionally, please be advised that we are available to handle these requests Monday-Friday.

Parties of six or fewer may book an appointment for a public tour and tasting experience.

Public tour/tasting appointments are one hour and fifteen minutes long, and are available seven days per week for $65 per person. The first tour begins at 9:30AM, and the last tour begins at 2:30PM. Reservations are available online at our Visit page, or over the phone at (707) 942-4558. If you leave a voicemail, we will return your call within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, due to the restrictions in our use permit, we are unable to offer a tasting-only experience. Tastings must take place in conjunction with a tour, by appointment only.
