Wine Dinner with Laurent Sarazin at iNDO – St. Louis, MO

We are delighted to invite you to a special wine dinner at iNDO, featuring an evening with Laurent Sarazin, VP of Sales & Marketing. The night will present a multi-course menu inspired by the bold flavors and refined techniques that define iNDO’s cuisine—blending Thai heritage with Japanese culinary tradition.

Throughout the evening, Laurent will guide guests through a curated selection of wines from the Schramsberg & Davies Vineyards portfolio, including our J. Schram Blancs and J. Davies Estate Cabernet Sauvignon*, each thoughtfully paired to highlight the character of both the food and the wines.
