Join us for Bubbles & Truffles, an unforgettable culinary experience featuring an exclusive cooking demonstration by the legendary Michelin-starred Chef Roland Passot—one of the most engaging and personable chefs of our time.

Guests will savor three decadent truffle hors d’oeuvres, each exquisitely paired with bubbles from Schramsberg Vineyards, while enjoying an up-close look at Chef Roland’s truffle-sourcing secrets, techniques, and pairing wisdom honed over decades of culinary mastery.
